Insightful, some minor issues

I purchased the Longevity Planning service and found the insights from my Biohacking Consultation to be very helpful. The consultant was knowledgeable and provided some actionable steps. The personalized wellness strategy they outlined for me was detailed, and I appreciate the focus on long-term health. My only minor issue was that it took a little longer than expected to schedule the initial consultation, about a week and a half wait. Once I was in, though, the process was smooth. The information provided was high quality, and I feel like I got a good grasp on areas I can improve. The value was there, just a bit of a scheduling snag initially.

Good value overall

I was looking for a good deal on genetic testing, and Dna Diligence had a pretty solid offer for a new client. I got the Nutrigenomics Report, which was 10% off. It felt like a good investment for the information I received. The report itself was extensive, and the insights are really practical for tweaking my diet. I compared it to a few other places, and for the price I paid, it felt like the best value. Shipping the kit was quick, and the results came back faster than I expected, took about 10 days from when they got my sample. Happy with the purchase.

So helpful, will use again!

I got the Comprehensive Genetic Analysis, and it's fantastic! The report was really detailed, and I learned so much about my body. The recommendations for biohacking were super clear. I'm already seeing changes. Definitely recommending Dna Diligence to all my friends!

Considering getting the MTHFR mutation analysis. If I'm not happy with the insights or whatever, can I get a refund?

R Rachel F. 2 months ago
For consulting services, I think it's case-by-case, usually if you cancel before they do the actual work. Once they've done the analysis, it's probably harder. Check their terms.

I think once they start the analysis or consultation, refunds are tricky. Best to clarify before you book, but I've never heard of anyone being unhappy enough to want one, honestly.

So if I get a biohacking consultation, what's actually included? Is it just a generic talk or do they give you specific things to do?

G Gwen Osei 1 month ago
It's definitely specific. They look at your genetic data and lifestyle, then give you actionable recommendations for supplements, diet, exercise, etc. It's not just a general chat.

They tailor everything to you. My consult focused a lot on sleep and energy based on my reports. It's not a 'one-size-fits-all' kind of deal.

Hey, thinking about getting the comprehensive genetic analysis. Anyone know if it's worth it over just using something like Genetic Genie?

R Rosa A. 2 months ago
Definitely. Genetic Genie is okay for basic stuff but DD goes way deeper. They actually help you understand what it all means and how to act on it, not just spit out raw data.

Yeah, I used Genetic Genie first and then upgraded to DD. The difference was huge for personalized recommendations. Worth the extra cash if you're serious about biohacking.

Just curious about their data privacy. Like, how safe is my genetic info with them? Don't want it floating around everywhere.

J Josh D. 1 month ago
They're actually really good about it. They explain their privacy policy in detail if you ask, and they don't share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Felt pretty secure to me.

I had the same concern. They have a whole section on their site about it, pretty reassuring. They seem to take it seriously.

Anyone from New York had a consultation? Wondering if the time difference or booking is an issue, or if it's all smooth sailing.

D David Ito 1 month ago
I'm in NYC, did a consult last month. No issues at all. Their booking system adjusts for time zones automatically. Super easy.

Nah, it's all online. Just pick a time that works for you. They're pretty flexible.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the results back for the genetic analysis? Super eager to get started on optimizing my health lol.

B Brett Kaur 1 month ago
From when I sent in my raw data, it was about 2-3 weeks for the full report. They're pretty thorough though.

Mine was around 2 weeks, but I already had my 23andMe file ready to upload. If you need to send a new sample, might take a bit longer.

I saw some mention of a new client discount somewhere, but can't find a promo code. Are there any active ones floating around, or is it more like a special link thing?

M Megan 1 month ago
I got a new client discount when I first signed up, but it wasn't a code I typed in. It was a link they sent me after I filled out an inquiry form, if that makes sense.

Yeah, I think they mostly do referral codes or they just apply it directly. I've never seen public coupon codes for them.
